Official Rules
 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. THE SPONSOR

Alto Lusso, Inc. (“Sponsor”), a Delaware corporation. 251 little falls dr Wilmington, DE 19808.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Alto Lusso Social Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the State of Texas who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.

  • Excluded Jurisdictions: Participation is strictly prohibited for residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Washington, New York, Nevada, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Vermont, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maryland, Louisiana, Montana, Arizona, Tennessee, and California.

  • Technical Restrictions: Use of VPNs, proxies, or any location-masking technology to bypass geographic restrictions is a violation of these Rules and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all credits.

3. DUAL-CURRENCY SYSTEM

The Platform utilizes a dual-currency system to differentiate between social play and promotional sweepstakes:

  • Gold Coins (GC): A virtual currency used solely for social gameplay. Gold Coins have no real-world value, are not transferable, and can never be redeemed for prizes. Gold Coins may be purchased or obtained for free.

  • Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional sweepstakes entries. Sweeps Coins are never available for purchase. They are provided as a gratuitous bonus with the purchase of Gold Coins or through Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE). Sweeps Coins obtained through gameplay may be redeemable for prizes, subject to the conditions in Section 6.

4. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

Sponsor offers two Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE) to ensure that all participants have a free way to obtain Sweeps Coins with Equal Dignity to those obtained via purchase:

  • A. Daily Login Bonus: Users may claim a set amount of Sweeps Coins once every twenty-four (24) hours by logging into their Account and clicking the "Daily Bonus" button.

  • B. Mail-in Request: Participants may receive two (2) Sweeps Coins per request by following these strict guidelines:

    • Handwriting only: prohibit all printing. If any word is typed or not handwritten, the entry is void

    • Blank/unlined cards: require a (4x6) index card that must be unlined. 

    • One envelope = one entry: Every envelope can only contain one index card and is equal to one entry. An entry will reward 2 sweepstake tokens.

    • Participants must handwrite the return address on front of the envelope and the words “Token Request”; and

    • The following must be handwritten in the exact order on only one side of the index card inside the envelope.

    • Full name as shown on their government-issued identification

    • The customer's username is associated with their account.

    • Their return/residential address 

    • The email address is tied to their account

    • The unique postcard code that is generated on the altolussocasino.com website

    • Each index card must have its own unique code

    • The following statement

      • "I wish to receive free Sweepstake tokens for use on the Alto Lusso platform. In submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Alto Lusso's Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules. I certify that I am a resident of a permitted jurisdiction and am of legal age to participate."

    • Limit of one index card per envelope

    • Handwriting must be legible; if not, the entry is void, and chips will not be credited.

    • The request must be made by the participant and from the same state as the participant is verified.

    • Must be mailed to Post Office Box 80 1653 7TH ST Santa Monica Ca 90401-9998 US

5. SWEEPSTAKES GAMES & ODDS

  • Game Participation: Participants may use Sweeps Coins to play promotional games labeled "Sweepstakes." Games labeled "GM" are played with Gold Coins only.

  • Outcome Determination: All outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) utilizing HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing to ensure fairness.

  • Odds: The odds of winning vary by game and are disclosed within the interface of each specific game.

6. PRIZE REDEMPTION & VERIFICATION

  • Play-Through Requirement: Sweeps Coins obtained as a bonus or via AMOE must be played through at least once (1x) in a sweepstakes game before they become eligible for prize redemption.

  • Redemption Threshold: There is no minimum amount of sweepstake coins required for redemption.

  • Verification: Before any prize is awarded, participants must complete a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process, providing valid government-issued identification to verify age and residency in Texas.

  • Tax Responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • One Account per Person: Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

  • Governing Law: These Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  • Privacy: Participation is subject to the Alto Lusso Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Implementation Notes:

  1. Address: Make sure to fill in your actual business address in sections 1 and 4.

  2. Checkbox: When a user signs up, you must require them to click a checkbox that says: "I have read and agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules."

  3. Link Placement: This page should be linked in your website footer and clearly visible on the "Purchase" page where Gold Coins are sold.
